These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, programs, and content provided by LBPfix (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

LBPfix offers a coaching and educational guidance program designed to assist individuals experiencing lower back pain.
Upon purchasing the program, you will receive access to educational materials and exercise recommendations delivered over a six-week period.
The program is designed for self-guided use at your own pace.

2. Personalized Screening Disclaimer & Exercise Sharing Policy

The back pain categorization questionnaire provided through Lower Back Pain Fix (LBPfix) is a personalized screening tool. All results and subsequent exercise recommendations are intended solely for the individual who completes the questionnaire. The categorization is based on self-reported responses and is not intended to diagnose any medical condition.

The exercises and educational content delivered as part of your results are tailored to your unique movement profile and pain presentation. As such, they may not be safe, suitable, or effective for anyone else. Participants agree not to share or redistribute any part of their personalized recommendations, exercise demonstrations, or instructional content with third parties.

LBPfix disclaims all liability for any injury, harm, or negative outcomes resulting from:

• Unauthorized use of the program materials by individuals other than the intended participant
• Distribution or sharing of categorization results or exercises with others
• Misuse or modification of the content outside of its original intent

By using the platform, you acknowledge that LBPfix cannot and does not accept responsibility for outcomes that result from content being shared, copied, or applied outside of its designated scope.

3. Payment and Access

• Access to the LBPfix program is granted upon receipt of a one-time payment through our secure payment platform.

• Once payment is completed, you will receive instructions and materials to begin the program.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.
LBPfix does not offer refunds, returns, or credits once payment has been processed.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The content and services provided by LBPfix are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions, nor do we form a doctor–patient relationship through this program.
Participation in the LBPfix program is voluntary.
You should consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any exercise or rehabilitation program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

Your participation is at your own risk, and LBPfix disclaims any liability for injuries, medical conditions, or adverse effects arising from the use of our materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LBPfix, including but not limited to videos, exercise programs, written materials, branding, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of LBPfix.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any of our materials without prior written consent.

• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the content for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not engage in any activity that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Harms, threatens, or abuses others

• Attempts to access or tamper with non-public areas of the website or platform

LBPfix reserves the right to restrict access or terminate your use of our services if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
